
The Background
I worked to redesign Big Dot of Happiness' shopify e-commerce site by leveraging my UX/UI design skills and understanding of e-commerce best practices.
I optimized their navigation, enhanced usability and aesthetics, and simplified the experience to reduce bounce rate and maximize conversion.
Some of my tasks included:
Working with stakeholders to understand business goals and their vision for the new website
Designing flows and wireframes with best practice experience improvements
Working with Shopify developer to understand technical feasibility and constraints
Porting new branding onto wireframes and improved and standardized the UI

Research & Design
I worked on redesigning the entire purchasing flow, from the home page, to PLP, PDP, bag and checkout.
I started with wireframes to illustrate the UX improvements, reducing clicks and improving legibility to allow customers to better see and engage with products.
